League artist Nate Macomber and Tuckerman Brewing Company come together through a shared passion for craftsmanship, creativity, and the adventurous spirit of the White Mountains. Longtime admirers of Nate’s work, owners Kirsten Neves and Nik Stanciu immediately had a vision for this collaboration, inspired by the artistry, color, and precision found in his handcrafted glass creations.
Founded in 1998, Tuckerman Brewing carries a strong legacy in New Hampshire craft beer as one of the state’s longest-running independent breweries, rooted in the rugged character of Mount Washington Valley and a commitment to quality, consistency, and community. That legacy continues today through both tradition and innovation, from its flagship Pale Ale to its evolving portfolio of styles.
Nathan’s vibrant glasswork — from colorful rondels and sculptural pieces to whimsical garden art combining forged iron and blown glass — reflects the same balance of experimentation, detail, and creativity found in Tuckerman’s brewing philosophy. Their collaboration beer, Murano, is an Italian-style Pilsner inspired by the famed glassmaking island of Murano, Italy, honoring both the elegance and craftsmanship of handcrafted glass and the crisp refinement of a beautifully brewed lager rooted in the White Mountain spirit.
