For nearly a century, New Hampshire has been a national leader in fine craft. Generations of New Hampshire artists, craftsmen, and creative entrepreneurs were building a legacy rooted in skill, authenticity, and the belief that handmade work matters. Since its founding in 1932, the League of NH Craftsmen has helped establish New Hampshire as one of the most respected craft communities in the country — preserving traditions while championing innovation, artistry, and excellence across generations of makers.
That same independent spirit continues today not only in studios and workshops, but also in breweries across the Granite State. From potters and blacksmiths to brewers and woodworkers, New Hampshire’s identity has always been shaped by people who transform raw materials into something meaningful, lasting, and uniquely their own.
Explore New Hampshire’s craft organizations, associations, and guilds — including the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen and regional partners throughout the state.
